Laura is driven by the belief that the key to student success lies in empowering educators and prioritizing a student-centric approach that cultivates critical thinking. Her journey began in special education, where she quickly rose to become a principal. Driven by the conviction that a strong instructional philosophy transcends curriculum materials, she transformed her school through unwavering investment in teacher development.
